How to Play
Reportle is a daily diagnostic game. A fictional radiology report is dictated one line at a time — your job is to name the diagnosis.
Rules
- Every day at midnight (Toronto time) a new case is released. Everyone gets the same case.
- The first report line is visible immediately.
- Type a diagnosis and pick it from the suggestions — free text isn’t accepted.
- Each incorrect impression dictates one more report line, up to five.
- Your score is the number of report lines you needed, out of five.
- After the case ends you’ll see the final impression, an explanation, and teaching points.
Archive
Every previously released case stays available in the Report Worklist. Archive play counts toward your cases played, but only completing the daily case on its day maintains your streak.
Accounts
No account is needed to play — guest progress stays in this browser. A free Rounds account keeps streaks and statistics in sync everywhere, and works on every Rounds game.
Education only
All cases are fictional teaching material. Nothing here is clinical advice, and accession numbers are clearly fictional.
